1. Search and browse the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section first.  Often, a solution to your particular question or problem may already be listed here.
2. If an appropriate FAQ is not found, search and browse the Tech Support Forum.  This is a listing of customer questions and comments.
3. If still no answer is found, post a new question to the Tech Support Forum.  A Viking support technician will make a conscious effort to respond to your post, on the forum, within 24 hours.
4. For immediate live assistance call our product support department.  But first, review Support & Repairs to be prepared.
